DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling), Nvidia's AI-powered upscaling technology, has consistently improved gaming visuals and performance for six years. DLSS 4 builds on this legacy, leveraging Tensor Cores to upscale lower-resolution images, resulting in sharper visuals and higher frame rates at reduced hardware strain.

DLSS 4's enhancements are backward compatible. At launch, 75 games and applications support Multi-Frame Generation, and over 50 titles integrate the new transformer-based models. An Override feature in the Nvidia app enables Multi-Frame Generation and other improvements for older DLSS integrations.
