About Hazari Game:

  1. A four-player card game using a standard 52-card deck.
  2. Each player receives 13 cards, totaling 52 cards in play.
  3. Players arrange their hands from highest to lowest value before starting.
  4. Once sorted, a player may "Call Up" when ready.
  5. After all four players are UP, the player immediately right of the Dealer leads by playing one card.
  6. The highest-value card wins and collects all played cards, then leads again with three new cards in power order.
  7. Awards points based on collected cards after each round concludes.
  8. Cards Ace (A) through 10 are worth 10 points; cards 9 down to 2 are worth 5 points.
  9. This includes A, K, Q, J, and 10 as 10-point cards; 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 as 5-point cards.
  10. The game ends when a player accumulates 1000 points across multiple rounds.
  11. If Player 1 plays AKQ of Hearts and Player 2 plays 678 of Spades, but Player 3 also plays AKQ (of Diamonds), Player 3 wins because it matches the leading suit order. If Player 4 plays 55J of Hearts, they do not win.
  12. Winning Hand Rankings (Highest to Lowest):
  • TROY: Three identical cards (AAA, KKK, QQQ, JJJ, 10-10-10... down to 2-2-2).
  • COLOR RUN: Three consecutive cards of the same suit (e.g., AKQ Spades, A23 Hearts, etc.).
  • RUN: Three consecutive cards in different suits but still ordered (e.g., AKQ mixed suits).
  • COLOR: Any three cards of the same suit. Value determined by highest card played.
    • Example: Player A has K-8-3 Spades; Player B has 6-3-9 Hearts; Player C (corrected from D in original) has Q-9-9 Diamonds; Player D has K-9-2 Spades. Winner is D because K-9-2 beats K-8-3.
  • PAIR: Two matching cards plus one kicker (e.g., 4-4-3, 9-9-J). Higher pairs beat lower ones; smallest pair start is 2-2-3.
  • INDI / INDIVIDUALS: Three unconnected cards. No special rank—only the highest card counts (e.g., 5♥ 7♠ 9♦ → high card is 9).

How to Play:

  1. Arrange your 13 cards into groups of 3, 3, 3, and 4.
  2. The first player leads with three cards; others must beat the highest card in that group if possible.
  3. The winner takes those cards and leads again with their next highest set.
  4. This continues through all sets until only four cards remain.
  5. The final round involves throwing these last four cards, where the highest-value combination wins everything.
  6. Game ends when any single player reaches 1000 points individually.
