Twenty difficulty levels range from novice to Grandmaster strength.

One of the most formidable chess engines available. It enforces all official chess rules, including draws by stalemate, insufficient material, the fifty-move rule, and threefold repetition. Advanced players can challenge the engine at the highest levels (16-20).

Beginners can develop their skills, stability, focus, and concentration by playing on levels 1 through 10.

To make a move, tap a piece to see its available moves highlighted, then tap your chosen destination.

To start a new game against the computer: tap Computer -> select a level -> choose your color -> Play.

To start from a specific position: set up the board -> tap Computer -> select a level -> Play.

To have the computer play both sides from a position: set up the board -> tap Computer -> tap BothSide -> select a level.

One ad-click unlocks 3 additional chess puzzles.

Interacting with ads also activates move hints and the undo function, great for learning.

For an ad-free experience, you can install the paid version of Deep Chess.

To analyze your game: first, enter the game by moving for both sides, then tap Reset, save it, load it, and use the Hint button (enabled via an ad click).

Supports PolyGlot (.bin) opening books. To use them, you need an SD card mounted on your device. Download a PolyGlot book to your SD Card's Downloads or Documents folder. To add a book, tap "Files" -> "Add Book" -> select your file.

We highly recommend using this option for faster performance on higher difficulty levels.

You can export your saved games as PGN files to your SD Card -> Downloads folder.
