Application Description

Svara: online card game, durak, bets, friends, trynka, trin'ka, three leaves, casino.

Svara is a card game

This game has various names and versions: sikka, sichka, strekoza, trinka, trynka, drynka, three leaves, two leaves, and others.

Key Features:

The game can be played by 2 to 10 players.

A standard 52-card deck is used. For up to 4 players, a 20-card set is used: from Tens to Aces.

For 5 to 10 players, a 36-card deck is used (from Sixes to Aces).

The game includes a Joker, which is agreed upon beforehand and is usually represented by a Six of any suit.

Card Values:

Joker and Ace — 11 points

King down to Ten — 10 points

All lower cards are worth their face value.

The player with the highest total points wins the hand.

Gameplay Rules:

A dealer is chosen by drawing lots. Players ante a pre-agreed amount into the pot.

The dealer then gives each player three cards, after which players decide whether to fold or play.

Points are counted for cards of the same suit (a flush)—for example, a Seven and a Jack of Clubs yields 17 points.

Otherwise, a player scores points only from their highest-ranking card.

If a player holds three cards of the same rank (a tricon or trynka), their total always beats any flush (except a higher tricon).

Bidding follows. The player to the right of the dealer places a bet.

Subsequent players can either fold, call, or raise.

After a full round of bidding, the first player decides whether to continue betting or show the cards.

The pot is won by the player holding the highest point total.

If two or more players tie, they decide whether to split the pot or start a new round (called "svara").

In "svara," players ante the same amount plus an additional 1/N stake (where N is the previous pot).

Other players may also choose to contribute and join the new round.

Bluffing is allowed: a player may raise the bet while knowingly holding a weaker hand.

If successful, the bluffer wins the pot without revealing their cards.

The player next to the dealer also has the option to place an additional blind bet of any size, known as "zatemnit."

When doing this, the player must not look at their cards.

Any subsequent players who wish to continue must stake double the "dark" bet amount.
