Show your digital ticket on your phone to drivers or inspectors for fare verification. Your e-ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View past trips in the "Travel details" section.

Possible reasons for failed payments:

• Corporate phone number
• Outstanding trust payment
• No balance top-up since number activation
• Unused starting balance
• SIM card replaced within the last 24 hours

Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and student cards. For other discounted cards, visit our office with the necessary documentation.

Top up your virtual card using your card number via the app or other services like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).

App Permissions:

1. Camera: QR code scanning.
2. Location: Accurate city/town map display, automatic bus detection for easy payment (determining the bus code via GPS), and route planning (including transfers) from your location to your destination. Enter addresses manually or via map selection.
