Ronda Carta: Morocco's Beloved Card Game

Ronda Carta reigns as Morocco's most popular card game, a cherished family pastime that evokes a sense of nostalgia. It's a fun, simple, easy-to-learn, and relaxing game. The objective is to accumulate the highest point total (from cards and bonuses). Played head-to-head, one player acts as the dealer, distributing cards, while the other initiates play. Each player receives three cards initially. The game concludes when all cards are dealt, with the player possessing the most points declared the victor. Familiar terms like Ronda, Tringa, Missa, and Souta will resonate with many players!

The game utilizes a 40-card deck with four suits:

• 10 Copas (Tbaye9)
• 10 Espadas (Syouf)
• 10 Oros (D'hab)
• 10 Bastos (Zrawéte)

Each suit contains cards numbered 1-7 and 10-12.
