A Free SVG Painting Application: PainterSVG

PainterSVG is a free, W3C-standard Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) editor. Unlike bitmap images, SVGs use shapes, not pixels, ensuring no loss of detail when scaling. This application offers a range of features for creating and manipulating SVG images:

• Shape Creation and Editing: Easily create and modify lines, circles, rectangles, and more.
• Path Editing: Design paths using straight lines, cubic Bézier curves, and quadratic Bézier curves. Intuitive drag-and-drop controls allow for precise path adjustments.
• Styling: Effortlessly define stroke and fill properties for all shapes and paths. Choose from single colors, linear gradients, or radial gradients.
• Element Manipulation: Select, deselect, move, resize, and rotate elements with ease.
• Zoom: Zoom in and out for detailed work.
• Grouping: Group and ungroup elements for efficient organization.
• File Handling: Import and export SVG files.
• Export Options: Export your creations as PNG files (with transparent backgrounds) or JPG files (with white backgrounds).

Further enhancements are under development and will be included in future releases.
