VIDA, a digitally native brand, is building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The integrated My VIDA app supports the entire consumer journey, from ownership onwards. It seamlessly connects to your vehicle via Wi-Fi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity, enabling remote control of various vehicle functions.

Key features include: Wi-Fi connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call answering/rejecting, missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection); Cloud connectivity for remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and OTA updates; and BLE connectivity for locking/unlocking, ignition on/off, boot opening, and scooter pinging.

The app also allows users to schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and navigation, request at-home, on-road, or service station service, and customize their ride based on terrain or preference.
