FTS Driver App

This app tracks GPS devices and provides drivers with tools to record work information, accessible via a web console. Key features include:

1. Travel Itinerary Management (TMS): Manage delivery routes, view real-time location data (from GPS devices or the Mobile Tracker), and update delivery statuses.

2. Maintenance Log: Record vehicle maintenance, including refueling, servicing, condition checks, and repairs. Data is summarized and reported via the web console.

3. Mobile Tracker: Tracks driver location using the mobile device's GPS. Data transmission can be toggled. Requires location access (always-on for convenience) and optional activity recognition (for optimized power usage and data accuracy). GPS data request frequency varies based on activity:

   • Still: Every 5 minutes (Power Save Mode). Power Save Mode activates after 5 minutes of inactivity and deactivates upon movement or vehicle detection.
   • Walking: Every minute.
   • In Vehicle: Every second (for accurate speed and distance calculations), otherwise every minute.

4. Vehicle Tracking: View real-time and historical location data (from GPS or Mobile Tracker), device information, notification settings, daily travel summaries, GPS movement data (customizable intervals), and data from additional equipment (e.g., MDVR, TPMS, if installed).

User account settings include terms of service, privacy policy, and cookie policy.
