• Bluetooth: For Bluetooth functionality, your camera must have Bluetooth capabilities, and your Android device requires Bluetooth 4.0 or later (supporting Bluetooth Low Energy) and Android 5.0 or higher.

Supported File Types: JPEG, MP4, MOV

Important File Type Limitations:

• RAW files are converted to JPEG upon import. Original RAW files are not supported.
• MOV files and 8K videos from EOS cameras are not supported.
• HEIF (10-bit) and RAW video files are not supported.
• AVCHD files from camcorders are not supported.

Important Notes:

• If the app malfunctions, try restarting it.
• Compatibility is not guaranteed across all Android devices.
• When using a Power Zoom Adapter, ensure Live View is enabled.
• If prompted by the OS for network confirmation, check the box to allow automatic connection in the future.
