Royal Petrol LLP, operator of Royal Petrol and Continent branded gas stations and convenience stores, offers a loyalty program designed to reward both new and existing customers. This program allows Royal Petrol to incentivize purchases through bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and targeted special offers.

Key Program Terms:

• Participant: Any individual, 14 years or older and legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions in Kazakhstan, possessing a valid individual identification number.
• Participant Questionnaire: Information provided during registration, granting Royal Petrol consent to process personal data (as defined by Kazakhstani Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013) for advertising and informational purposes via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, mail, and automated systems. This consent is revocable in writing.
• Virtual Card: An electronic card accessible via the mobile application.
