Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms Walkthrough

This exploration quest is combat-intensive. Begin at the base of the ruins south of Shores of Last Breath, activating the broken Lumiscale Construct. The quest objectives are:

1. Energize three steles at designated locations.
2. Return and defeat the Lumiscale Construct.
3. Pursue the Lumiscale Construct.
4. Defeat the Lumiscale Construct (again).
5. Defeat the Dragon of Dirge.

Energizing the Steles

Stand on the glowing circle at each altar to charge the Discipline Steles. Enemies interrupting this process will slow progress, so eliminate them swiftly. Moving too far from an altar will cause its energy to deplete. Utilize the 2.0 update's enhanced elemental damage and status effects to your advantage. For the third stele set, quickly position them before enemy spawns. If you struggle to interact with the broken steles, adjust your character and camera angle until a prompt appears.

Chasing and Defeating the Lumiscale Construct

Use your strongest Resonators to attack the Lumiscale Construct upon returning to the starting area. A cutscene will initiate when its health is low, prompting you to follow it deeper into the ruins. The environment becomes increasingly hazardous; beware falling debris and lightning strikes, eliminating all enemies. A final confrontation with the Construct awaits.

This formidable foe can easily stunlock or even one-shot characters. Evade its breath and falling star attacks, aiming to stagger it quickly. The optimal strategy involves waiting for its major attacks and capitalizing on opportunities to stun it. Victory unlocks access to Shores of Last Breath, including Dream Patrols and Nightmare Tempest Mephis in the northern arena.
