Valhalla Survival Launches Hero Ascension & Items

Valhalla Survival's latest major update introduces exciting new features and challenges. Lionheart Studio has unveiled the Hero Ascension System, alongside an array of fresh battlefield items.

Hero Ascension System Explained

Valhalla Survival's new Hero Ascension System empowers players to enhance heroes using Hero Shards. Each upgrade boosts both hero-specific and class abilities, while unlocking a secondary skill slot for cross-hero ability combinations.

All upgrades succeed automatically, with cumulative passive bonuses awarded at key thresholds. Hitting major milestones also unlocks exclusive profile icons and frames showcasing your achievement.

Available heroes appear in the Hero Advancement section, where you can preview skill evolutions before committing resources. Initial tiers focus on core hero enhancements and secondary slots, while future updates will introduce higher-tier upgrades.

Experience Heroes Through Trial System

The new Hero Trial System lets players test unowned heroes in a safe environment. Special five-minute stages pit you against harmless monsters to experiment with different playstyles.

Trials feature fixed 10-second cooldowns and standardized gear. Any applicable ascension effects remain active during these sessions, giving you an accurate feel for each hero's potential.

Three new treasure items - Flames of Muspelheim, Footsteps of Loki, and Coin of Fate - provide unique combat advantages ranging from fire attacks to temporary invulnerability.

For veteran players, Nightmare Mode expands with its toughest challenge yet - Chapter Five. Those new to this action-packed roguelike can download it now via Google Play Store.
