Tachyon Medal Unveiled in Fantasian Neo Dimension
Fantasian Neo Dimension: Mastering the Tachyon Medal
Fantasian Neo Dimension plunges players into a breathtaking world where Leo and his companions combat Jas's "Zero" plan, a catastrophic threat to existence. The game's captivating story and unique mechanics create an immersive experience.
The Tachyon Medal is a crucial late-game item integral to a challenging, extended side quest. Obtaining it is only the first step; its true function unfolds later. This guide details how to acquire and utilize the Tachyon Medal.
Locating the Tachyon Medal
The Tachyon Medal's existence is first hinted at in Shangri-La and represents the final item acquired before the final boss encounter. To obtain it, progress through the main storyline until reaching Sanctum, situated in the God Realm via the Communication Network. Inside the Mirror of Order, confront God's Predator, a formidable but conquerable boss. This boss frequently summons allies and utilizes "Consume," an attack inflicting 90% health loss, so ensure Kina is prepared for extensive healing. Equipping Petrification Null gear significantly simplifies the battle.
Leo's Fire Samidare +2 proves effective against summoned enemies. Consider including Cherryl, whose "Concentrate" and "Charge" abilities deliver substantial damage.
After defeating God's Predator, proceed to the Laboratory via the Balcony. Navigate the debris-strewn area. A chest containing the Tachyon Medal is located on your right.
Utilizing the Tachyon Medal
Activating the Tachyon Medal requires two prerequisites. First, reach the Altar in Shangri-La. Second, complete the Cinderella Tri-Stars side quest. The Cinderella Tri-Stars appear in eight locations, with the first two integrated into the main story:
- En New District
- Midi Toy Box - Secret Room
- Royal Capital - Main Street
- Frozen Tundra - Center
- Hidden Valley – Duet Path
- Ancient Hill – River
- Nameless Island – Depths
- Shangri-La – Fallen City
Defeat these bosses in the presented order. After their final defeat in Shangri-La, three chests below the Altar become accessible. One contains the Holy Belt, granting All Ailment Null.
Opening all chests reveals a glowing door, prompting you to use the Tachyon Medal to reverse time. Possessing the Medal initiates NG+ from this point, carrying over levels, items, and equipment. While enemies are strengthened, this shouldn't pose significant difficulty, particularly if all side quests were completed beforehand. Using the Tachyon Medal unlocks the Time Reverse Trophy/Achievement, allowing you to restart your quest to save the Human Realm.
