Squad Busters Ends Win Streaks, Unlocks Emotes

Squad Busters is implementing significant changes by discontinuing Win Streaks. Players will no longer chase endless victory chains solely for bonus rewards. Several other updates are also rolling out alongside this change.

Why Is It Ending and When?

Squad Busters is removing Win Streaks because rather than empowering players, the system created unnecessary pressure and frustration for many.

The feature will officially disappear starting December 16th. However, your personal best streak will remain visible on your profile as a historical achievement.

To soften the transition, exclusive emotes will be awarded to players who reached specific milestones before December 16th: 0-9, 10, 25, 50 and 100 wins.

Regarding spent Coins used for streaks, developers confirm these won't be refunded. They explain that Coins primarily help unlock characters from Reward Chests, and refunds could disrupt the balance between free-to-play users and paying players.

Community reactions remain mixed about Win Streaks' removal. While some praise reduced pay-to-win elements, others question the decision, particularly regarding underwhelming compensation.
