I don't post many deals on LG's Gallery Series OLED TVs because they're typically priced at a premium. However, today's deal, while not exactly budget-friendly, represents one of the best offers I've seen for one of the top-tier TVs available. For a limited time, both Walmart and Amazon are offering the 83" LG Evo G3 Gallery Series 4K OLED Smart TV for under $2,700, with free delivery. To put this into perspective, the 2024 model, the 83" LG G4, retails for a staggering $5,300. The Gallery Series TVs are LG's pinnacle of OLED technology and arguably the best OLED TVs on the market.

The G3, launched in 2023, is one generation behind the latest model (no "G5" TV has been released yet), but it remains superior to any other TV in LG's lineup, including OLED models, except for the 2024 G4. The LG G-series OLED surpasses the C-series in performance. Both feature an "Evo" panel, which is brighter than traditional W-OLED TVs, but the G-series elevates this further with MLA (micro lens array) technology, enhancing brightness and significantly increasing the cost. This improvement brings the image quality to the level of, or even beyond, Samsung's quantum dot OLED TVs.

OLED TVs are widely regarded as the best TVs available today. They offer superior image quality, deeper blacks, better contrast ratios, a wider color gamut, and incredibly fast response times compared to traditional LED LCD TVs. These features make OLED TVs the ideal choice for experiencing 4K HDR content at its finest. LG's OLED TVs, in particular, have been refined over several generations.

We selected the LG G-series TV as our top choice for gaming. It includes all the essential features for a modern gaming TV, such as a native 120Hz panel and four HDMI 2.1 ports, enabling 4K gaming at 120Hz on PS5 or Xbox Series X consoles. It also supports variable refresh rate (VRR) and auto low latency mode (ALLM).

One important note is that LG G-series TVs do not come with a stand. They are designed to be wall-mounted like an art piece, hence the "Gallery" moniker, and include a flush mount wall bracket.
