The Galaxy S25 Edge shares most specifications with the S25 Plus, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a 6.7-inch OLED display, and Galaxy AI capabilities. The camera system includes a 12MP front-facing camera, 12MP ultra-wide lens, and 200MP main sensor with 2x optical-quality zoom. Due to its ultra-thin design, battery life is slightly reduced with up to 24 hours of video playback.

Samsung offers three premium color variants - titanium black, titanium icyblue, and titanium silver - all featuring a discreet pinhole selfie camera. The Galaxy AI suite enhances productivity with note summarization and photo enhancement tools.

While previous ultra-thin devices faced durability concerns, Samsung addresses this with a titanium frame and Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 protection. As the thinnest Galaxy S-series device ever produced, the S25 Edge represents Samsung's latest attempt to balance portability with flagship performance.
