"Project 007: James Bond Origin Story Game Confirmed for Nintendo Switch 2"

The GoldenEye hive awaits — it’s time to rise, as IO Interactive has officially confirmed its highly anticipated James Bond title will launch on the Nintendo Switch 2.

Per IO Interactive’s official site, Project 007 is set to deliver a completely fresh narrative within the Bond universe.

“Players will step into the shoes of the world's favorite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story,” the developer explained regarding the game’s plot.

“It's completely beginning and becoming a story, hopefully for a big trilogy out there in the future. And equally important and exciting, it's a new Bond. It's a Bond we built from the ground up for gamers. It's extremely exciting with all the tradition and all the history there is there together to work on this together with the family of creating a young Bond for gamers; a Bond that the gamers can call their own and grow with."
