The base Go Pass is completely free, while the premium Go Pass Deluxe offers enhanced rewards like Lucky Trinkets, Candy XL, and valuable items including Incubators and Lure Modules.

A key advantage is the ability to upgrade to Deluxe at any time while still claiming all previous rank rewards retroactively.
