As part of the second update in Season 5: The Blossoming Blade, Monster Hunter Now introduces the exciting Spring Hunt 2025 event. This online paid event, running from May 24th to May 25th, 2025, promises a thrilling experience centered around the elusive elder dragon, Chameleos.

What’s the Spring Hunt 2025 in Monster Hunter Now?

The Spring Hunt 2025 event requires an event ticket, which you can purchase from the Monster Hunter Now shop. This ticket unlocks continuous Elder Dragon Interceptions featuring exclusively Chameleos, eliminating any waiting periods between Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons. Additionally, participants can earn bonus Chameleos-themed layered gear, enhancing their in-game appearance.

The event also features Event Exchange Hubs, with two hubs available. The Spring Hunt Eve Exchange Hub will be open from May 19th at 9:00 a.m. until June 2nd at 11:59 p.m. During the event, from May 19th to May 25th, players can collect tokens by defeating large monsters or elder dragons. These tokens can be exchanged for valuable items such as a Silver Rathalos Plate, Glavenus Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and more, adding significant value to your gameplay.

To maximize your chances, equip weapons and armor that exploit Chameleos' vulnerabilities to Fire, Dragon, and Blast.

Defeating Chameleos allows you to craft the new Mizuha Set armor, which includes the Chameleos Venomist skill. This skill reduces the duration of poison and venom effects on you by half and makes it easier to inflict poison on your targets. The materials from Chameleos can be used to craft a variety of weapons, including Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow.
