The results were remarkable—kids who played MindLight saw their anxiety levels drop by at least 50%. The gameplay is straightforward yet engaging: you play as a child navigating your grandmother's mansion, which is engulfed by ominous shadows. With the help of a headset, the game monitors your brainwaves or heart rate in real-time, using light to guide you and fend off terrifying creatures.
