Isoland: Pumpkin Town is a surreal, whimsical new point-and-click adventure in the ongoing series

by Julian Feb 19,2025

Isoland: Pumpkin Town, the latest addition to CottonGames' Isoland series, invites players into a whimsical, surreal world brimming with puzzles and a captivating narrative. Available now on iOS and Google Play, the game's marketing intentionally obscures its specific plot connections to the broader Isoland franchise.

Despite its enigmatic promotion, Isoland: Pumpkin Town hails from the creators of Mr. Pumpkin and other acclaimed surreal point-and-click adventures, including the recently released Reviver. The Isoland series, however, remains their flagship title.

Gameplay mirrors the established style of CottonGames' titles: expect a charmingly bizarre world, challenging puzzles, and a richly detailed storyline. Fans of classic surreal point-and-click adventures will find much to appreciate.

One minor critique is the game's art style, which, compared to the denser, more surreal aesthetic of Mr. Pumpkin, appears somewhat cleaner in screenshots. However, this is a relatively minor concern, especially considering its status as a spin-off.
