GIRLS’ FRONTLINE 2: EXILIUM’s Gacha System: A Comprehensive Guide

GIRLS’ FRONTLINE 2: EXILIUM, the eagerly awaited sequel, introduces a revamped gameplay experience, including a refined Gacha system for acquiring characters (T-dolls) and weapons. This guide details the Gacha mechanics and banner types.

Understanding the Gacha Mechanics

The Gacha system uses a randomized loot box mechanic. Summons utilize in-game currency, typically categorized as:

  • Standard Currency
  • Special Access Permissions
  • Event-Specific Currency (earned through events)

Summoning probabilities for T-dolls and weapons are:

  • SSR T-dolls/Weapons: 0.3%
  • SR T-dolls/Weapons: 3%

All banners offer a mix of T-dolls and weapons.

Beginner Procurement Banner

Designed for new players, this banner offers a significant advantage. A total of 50 pulls are allowed. A pity system guarantees an SSR character within those 50 pulls, activating within the final ten pulls if one hasn't been obtained.

Specific rates and pity details:

  • SSR character rate: 0.6%
  • SR character/weapon rate: 6%
  • Pity: Guaranteed SR every 10 pulls, SSR every 80 pulls. The second SSR is always the featured character (hard pity at 160 pulls). Soft pity starts at the 58th pull. Pity does not carry over to other banners.
