In the meantime, let's take a stroll down memory lane and rank the Rockstar games we've cherished over the years for a bit of fun.

Rockstar Games, founded in 1998, has crafted over 30 titles, giving us iconic franchises like Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption, and Manhunt. But which of these gems shines the brightest? Note that this list excludes games like LA Noire and Max Payne 2, focusing solely on those developed by Rockstar. I've ranked them using an IGN Tier List, based purely on my personal enjoyment over the years. Here's how they stack up:

Topping the S-tier, Red Dead Redemption 2 is not just my favorite Rockstar game but my favorite game of all time. Its spot was an easy choice, joined by its predecessor and the groundbreaking GTA 5, both of which have redefined the cinematic open-world genre. I also have a soft spot for Max Payne 3 and its thrilling bullet time mechanics, as well as GTA San Andreas, which I played at a perhaps too young age. At the other end of the spectrum, in the D-tier, you'll find games like Austin Powers: Oh, Behave! and Welcome to My Underground Lair!, titles that few would willingly revisit.
