The Game Awards 2024, hosted by Geoff Keighley, has unveiled its nominees across 19 categories, culminating in the coveted Game of the Year (GOTY) award. This year's contenders represent a diverse range of titles, showcasing the breadth and depth of the gaming landscape.

GOTY 2024: A Battle of Titans

The race for GOTY is fiercely competitive, with heavy hitters vying for the top spot. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth leads with multiple nominations, but faces stiff competition from Astro Bot, the indie sensation Balatro, the visually stunning Black Myth: Wukong, the anticipated RPG Metaphor: ReFantazio, and the controversial Elden Ring expansion, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree.

Vote Now! Winners Announced December 12th

Fans can cast their votes for their favorites now through December 11th on The Game Awards' official website and Discord server. The winners will be revealed during the live ceremony on December 12th at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, streamed globally on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
