Torchlight: Infinite's eighth season, Sandlord, has arrived and it's the game's most expansive season to date! Now live, this season introduces a wealth of new content that significantly alters the traditional gameplay, challenging you to build a floating empire in the sky.

What's in Store in Torchlight: Infinite's Eighth Season Sandlord?

The centerpiece of this season is the Cloud Oasis, a city you'll manage. By gathering resources in the Netherrealm and assigning workers across five professions, you'll unlock new trade routes, bonuses, and seasonal rewards. This unique blend of ARPG combat and strategy simulation offers a fresh twist to the gameplay.

The character Thea, previously known as a divine channeler, has evolved into the Blasphemer. Her new role involves spreading desecration instead of blessings, accumulating Erosion Damage that intensifies over time.

The Deep Space region has also undergone a significant transformation, now featuring five new stages packed with monsters and survival challenges. A new item, Probes, has been introduced. These function similarly to Compasses but occupy a separate slot, enhancing both the rewards and the difficulty of your adventure.

The endgame experience is enriched with new Legendary Stages. These rare stages offer unique loot setups that can dramatically alter your gameplay strategy.

Some zones, like the Abyssal Vault, break from the norm by containing no enemies at all, only piles of Mystery Chests ready for exploration. Conversely, the Sea of Rites introduces a swarm of non-aggressive goblins. Eliminating them can potentially summon a secret boss.

The Supreme Showdown stage introduces the Golden Gaze mechanic, which both you and the bosses can utilize. A well-timed hit can transform enemies into treasure instantly.
