A prologue quest, "The Lotus Eaters," launches in August 2024, reuniting players with a beloved Warframe character and setting the stage for the main event. This prologue, following "Whispers in the Walls," is a prerequisite for experiencing Warframe: 1999 (arriving Winter 2024), so start your preparations now! Sevatgoth Prime and exclusive weapons also debut with this prologue.

Warframe: 1999 plunges players into the neon-drenched, Techrot-infested city of Höllvania. Navigate this 90s-inspired urban landscape using the new Atomicyles – futuristic vehicles enabling bullet jumps, drifts, and even explosive maneuvers. Command a team of six unique characters, the Hex, each equipped with a Protoframe – a Warframe design showcasing the human form beneath.

Meet Arthur (Excalibur), Aoi (Mag), Quincy (the new CYTE-09), and more, voiced by a star-studded cast including Alpha Takahashi, Ben Starr, Melissa Medina, and Amelia Tyler. Interact with them through in-game instant messaging for a truly authentic 1999 experience!

Prepare to face a truly 90s antagonist: On-lyne, a Technocyte-infected boy band led by the charismatic Zeke (voiced by Nick Apostolides). Their infectious music is available on all major streaming platforms – but be warned, they're not friendly!

Dual fashion frame loadouts allow for quick changes on the battlefield, while the new Gemini Skins let you bring the Protoframes, like Arthur and Aoi, into the Origin System.
