Unlike later deities who claimed dominion, Kelarr created not to rule, but to enable. His name means "The One Who Remembered the First Word." In ancient tongue, Kael-arr—"The Keeper of the First Breath." He is not worshiped, for he does not seek devotion. But he is remembered, in the patterns of fate, the structure of magic, and the silent laws of nature. II.
