New leaks suggest a permanent dress-up mode is coming to Zenless Zone Zero in Version 1.5, launching January 22nd. The anticipated feature centers around a "Bangboo Beauty Contest" event, allowing players to customize outfits for the game's mascot, Eous.

Recent leaks from reliable sources, including Flying Flame, detail this new gameplay mechanic. While initially introduced as an event, the Bangboo dress-up mode is expected to become a permanent addition after the event concludes. Leaked screenshots showcase various clothing items for players to mix and match for Eous. Note that while the mode will remain, event-specific rewards will be time-limited. Rumors suggest this event may also offer the long-awaited Nicole Demara skin.

Beyond the dress-up mode, Version 1.5 is rumored to include a temporary platformer game mode. This aligns with HoYoverse's track record of incorporating non-combat gameplay into its RPGs, as seen in Honkai: Star Rail and Genshin Impact.
