Xbox Apologizes to Developers, Enotria's Release Date TBD

Following reported delays in the Xbox certification process for their debut title, Enotria: The Last Song, Jyamma Games received a formal apology from Microsoft. The apology comes after allegations that Microsoft overlooked the developer's submission for over two months, leading to an indefinite postponement of the Xbox release.

Microsoft's Apology and Jyamma Games' Response

The situation prompted Jyamma CEO, Jacky Greco, to express frustration on the game's Discord, stating Microsoft's lack of response and the significant investment made in the Xbox port. However, this changed after Microsoft's intervention. Jyamma Games publicly thanked Phil Spencer and the Xbox team for their swift response and acknowledged the strong support from their community. The studio is now collaborating with Microsoft to expedite the Xbox release.

Greco further elaborated on the Discord server, confirming Microsoft's apology and their collaborative efforts to resolve the issue. While the PS5 and PC releases of Enotria: The Last Song remain on schedule for September 19th, the Xbox release date remains uncertain.
