Wuthering Waves Unveils Phoebe and Brant as Upcoming 5-Star Rinascita Characters

Version 2.1 of Wuthering Waves will introduce Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-Star Rinascita characters. While their specific weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, lore suggests Phoebe will be a Spectro unit and Brant a sword wielder. Their arrival follows the recent 2.0 update, which featured Carlotta (a 5-star Glacio Pistol DPS) and Roccia (a Havoc unit).

The addition of Phoebe and Brant significantly expands the playable roster, with Phoebe potentially debuting in Phase 1 and Brant in Phase 2 of Version 2.1. Further additions are anticipated, including Zani, previously hinted at in promotional materials.

Phoebe, an Acolyte of the Order of the Deep, is described as possessing a serene yet joyful personality. Brant, Captain of the Fool's Troupe (a traveling Carnevale show), maintains a carefree exterior while prioritizing his troupe's safety. Both characters are expected to play crucial roles in future story updates.

Beyond the new characters, Version 2.0 also introduced a premium skin for Jinhsi and a free Sanhua skin obtainable through an upcoming event starting January 23rd. The 2.0 update is slated to conclude around mid-February. More characters are rumored for the 2.0 cycle, but official confirmation is pending.
