Restoring Morph Paintings in Wuthering Waves

Restoration involves placing the correct paintings onto designated pedestals. Examine the pedestal descriptions, locate the matching portrait, and use the Levitator utility to position it. The game usually automatically equips the Levitator, but you can manually select it using Tab or the D-Pad Left.

Currently, two such puzzles exist, integrated into the "Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise" and "Trials of Old" quests.

Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise Morph Painting Puzzle

This puzzle, within the "Shadows of the Past" questline, is located in Resounding Rise, one of the three towers in Thessaleo Falls. Solve it as follows (using the central painting as a reference):

1. Swap the front-left and back-right paintings.
2. Move the painting behind the left pedestals to the back-left pedestal.
3. Move the painting behind the right chairs to the front-right pedestal.

Completing this puzzle reveals a chest, allowing progression in the quest.

Trials of Old Morph Painting Puzzle

Found within the "Trial of Wisdom" during the "Trials of Old" quest near Porto-Veno Castle, this puzzle requires arranging paintings on pedestals to create a narrative sequence from left to right. The solution is shown in the image above.

A simple way to verify correct placement is to observe the painting frame; it illuminates upon successful placement. This visual cue provides an alternative solution method.
