Season 0: Doom's Rise of Marvel Rivals has been a hit, introducing over thirty playable characters, competitive ranks, and customizable cosmetics. These cosmetics are obtainable through the Battle Pass, in-game shop, Twitch drops, and limited-time events.

The inaugural event, the Season 0 Winter Celebration, offers a new game mode, challenges, and exclusive skins. This guide provides all the necessary information.

Marvel Rivals Winter Celebration Event Details

The Marvel Rivals Winter event runs from December 20, 2024, to January 9, 2025. Players earn holiday-themed rewards for Jeff the Land Shark, including a spray, profile banner, emote, and a new skin, by collecting Gold and Silver Frost through Winter Challenges. These challenges are completed by playing the limited-time game mode, Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.

Jeff's Winter Splash Festival is a 4v4 arcade mode featuring only Jeff the Land Shark. Teams compete to control the most terrain using their primary fire, similar to Splatoon. The team with the highest percentage of painted terrain wins.

All Winter Event Skins for Marvel Rivals

Besides Jeff's Winter Splash Festival, several holiday skins are available. Fuzzy Cuddlefin for Jeff the Land Shark is a free reward at 500 Frost. Holiday Happiness Groot and Wild Winter Rocket Raccoon are available individually or as a discounted bundle ("Best Winter Buds").

Further holiday skins, Snow Symbiote Venom and Frozen Demon Magik, will be released later in the event.
