The wait is over—Lost Records: Bloom and Rage, from the creators of Life is Strange, has arrived

Don't Nod, the French studio behind Life is Strange, has launched the first part of their new narrative adventure. Players can now experience "Tape 1," with "Tape 2" launching free to all owners on April 15th.
Initially unveiled in 2023, the game centers on a close group of friends shattered during the summer of 1995. Twenty-seven years later, the echoes of that summer resurface, unleashing unforeseen consequences.
Blending the nostalgic charm of coming-of-age stories with the suspense of psychological thrillers, the game draws inspiration from titles like It, Yellowjackets, and I Know What You Did Last Summer. The game's structure is divided into two parts: "Bloom" and "Rage." Currently, only "Bloom," the first half of this captivating mystery, is available (February 18th release).
"The Tape," encompassing the second half, arrives on April 15th. Originally planned for a March release, the delay aims to deliver a refined gaming experience.
The review embargo has been lifted, with OpenCritic reporting an average score of 74/100 – a promising start for this intriguing narrative.
