Studio Ice-Pick Lodge has released a trailer for the free prologue to Pathologic 3, the third installment in their acclaimed series.

The trailer introduces the Bachelor, a young scientist who abandons his metropolitan laboratory to seek a cure for a mysterious plague ravaging a remote town. Originally planned as part of Pathologic 2, this content now stands alone as a fully realized third game.

Familiar locations will delight series veterans, while new gameplay mechanics centered around managing the epidemic are showcased. As the Bachelor, players explore the town, interact with its inhabitants, solve mysteries, and confront difficult choices.

Pathologic 3: Quarantine is a narrative adventure where players embody Daniil Dankovsky, a brilliant young doctor, and investigate the accusations leveled against him. Can the Bachelor rewrite his past by revisiting his choices and altering the course of events?
