Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Rated on Singaporean Website

by Skylar Mar 20,2025

Fueling the fire of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater remake rumors, Singapore's rating board has listed "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4" for a 2025 release. This rumored remake, encompassing the next two mainline games in the series, is slated for a wide range of platforms: Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

While no official confirmation exists yet, a countdown timer within Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 hints at upcoming Tony Hawk's Pro Skater news, culminating on March 4, 2025. Adding to the speculation, Tony Hawk himself mentioned renewed discussions with Activision and an upcoming project that he believes fans will appreciate.

The success of the 2020 Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remake made a sequel seemingly inevitable. However, the 2021 absorption of Vicarious Visions (the original remake developer) into Blizzard complicated matters, leaving the future of THPS 3+4 uncertain.

According to Hawk, plans to develop THPS 3+4 were underway until Vicarious Visions' acquisition. Activision subsequently sought new developers but apparently found no satisfactory proposals. Hawk stated in a 2022 Twitch livestream that Activision solicited pitches for the project but ultimately rejected them all due to a lack of confidence in the alternative studios.

The mystery remains: who's developing the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 remake, assuming it's actually happening? The Singaporean ratings board simply lists Activision as both publisher and developer. All signs point to March 4th as the date for further revelations.
