Tencent's Majority Stake in Kuro Games

Tencent Now Holds Over Half the Shares

Wuthering Waves’ Kuro Games Acquired by TencentTencent's shareholding in Kuro Games has increased to approximately 51.4%, following the acquisition of an additional 37% stake. This, coupled with the departure of other shareholders, grants Tencent majority control and makes it the sole external investor in Kuro Games.
