Summoners War: Chronicles releases major update with a new character and seasonal content ahead of the New Year

Summoners War: Chronicles receives a major year-end update, introducing a new hero, expanding the game world, and adding Christmas festivities.

The update's headliner is Jin, a new warrior character from the White Shadow Mercenaries. Wielding a greatsword and aided by her dragon companion, Hodo, Jin boasts powerful charge-up skills for devastating attacks. Players can unlock Jin at level 80 by completing the Sierra Quest Ubiquitous Traces.

Expanding the Rahil Kingdom storyline, the Karim Basin has been added to the Lapisdore region. This area includes challenging new dungeons: the Galagos Mana Mine and Kagor Crater, testing players' skills.

Further progression enhancements include a level cap increase for Summoners and Monsters from 100 to 110, and a streamlined growth system with the merging of Effect Stones and Spell Books into a single "Spell Stones" item.

Christmas celebrations are underway! Collect Christmas Cookies by completing various in-game tasks. On December 25th, the Festive Fortunes shop opens, allowing players to exchange cookies for rewards like summoning scrolls, Destiny Dice, and unique event titles. The Christmas Cookie missions continue until December 31st, with the Festive Fortunes shop and Lucky Hot Chocolate Exchange remaining open until January 8th.
