Ubisoft has officially confirmed that Star Wars: Outlaws will be making its way to the Nintendo Switch 2. Instead, Star Wars: Outlaws is scheduled to arrive on the Nintendo Switch 2 on September 4.

For those who may have missed it on PS5, Xbox, and PC, Star Wars: Outlaws is set in the timeline between the events of "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi." The game follows the journey of Kay Vess, a small-time criminal who finds herself targeted by a cartel. Our reviewer rated it a 7 out of 10, describing it as "a fun intergalactic heist adventure with great exploration, but it’s hindered by simple stealth, repetitive combat, and a few too many bugs at launch."

While Ubisoft didn't provide many new details, they did confirm the release date for the Nintendo Switch 2 version and reiterated its availability on the platform. In this expansion, players will see Kay Vess teaming up with Hondo Ohnaka to challenge Stinger Tash, the leader of the Rokana Raiders. "Star Wars: Outlaws: A Pirate’s Fortune" is set to launch on May 15, adding more excitement for fans of the franchise.
