This limited-time event in The Sims 4 has players searching high and low for hidden items. One particularly tricky task involves locating the elusive Special Time Capsule. This guide will help you find it before the event ends.

The Blast from the Past event begins with a quest to gather information about a mysterious visitor, Emit. This involves activities like watching TV, checking social media, and interacting with other Sims. The search for the Special Time Capsule, however, presents a unique challenge.

Clues are scarce, mentioning only rocks in parks. Having already spoken to Emit in Willow Creek park provides a good starting point. Examine rocks in the area; look for one containing what appears to be diamonds. Interact with it to unearth the Special Time Capsule. Note that you might need to check multiple rocks.

What's Inside the Time Capsule?

Upon discovering the Special Time Capsule, you'll find an IOU note inside—perhaps a bit underwhelming after the search! Read the note and return to Emit to unlock further quests within the event.
