"Schedule I Update 0.3.4: New Pawn Shop, 'Fancy Stuff' Added"

by Stella May 12,2025

Schedule I developer Tyler has released the highly anticipated 0.3.4 update for all players following a brief testing period. The update, detailed in the Steam patch notes, marks a significant content expansion for the viral hit drug dealer simulator that launched to explosive success on Steam in early access on March 24.

In a post on Steam, Tyler apologized for the delay in rolling out the update, stating, "I'm still ironing out the update/testing process." He reassured the community that "things will be running a lot smoother (and on time) when I do larger monthly updates (starting next month)." Looking ahead, Tyler's primary focus is on addressing remaining bugs, which he listed as top priorities:

  • Ensuring employees function consistently and without issues.
  • Preventing save games from becoming corrupted or disappearing. Tyler has consulted with Valve to enhance the save file format, making it more compatible with Steam Cloud saves and less susceptible to corruption.
  • Reducing disconnections and loading issues in multiplayer.

Additionally, Tyler aims to optimize the game further and achieve Steam Deck verification soon, using it as a performance benchmark.

For those looking to dive deeper into the game, IGN's Schedule I guide offers comprehensive insights on basics of mixing recipes, creating new blends to maximize profit, accessing console commands, and the fastest way to engage in multiplayer co-op to conquer Hyland Point with friends.

PlaySchedule I was the top-selling game on Steam upon its launch, outperforming big names like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals due to its viral spread across social media, Twitch, and YouTube. In Schedule I, players start as small-time dealers and rise to become kingpins, managing drug manufacturing and distribution in the gritty city of Hyland Point. Expansion includes acquiring properties, businesses, and hiring employees.

Developed and published by TVGS, the Australian indie developer Tyler, who described Schedule I's explosive launch as "amazing but pretty overwhelming," shared his astonishment on reddit, saying, "I never expected this kind of response! At the moment I’m just trying to stay focused and get patches out ASAP. Also looking forward to getting started on content updates as soon as all major bugs are patched."
