The Oratores quest in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* is a lengthy main quest. After your conversations with Rosa and Zizka, and securing Vavak's assistance with the theft, you'll need to find the Royal Treasury Key to move forward. The key is hidden in an unexpected place:

Check the outhouse (or privy) located in the backyard of Vavak's house. The image below shows its location on the map.

Once inside the outhouse, examine the toilet bowl. You'll see an "Investigate" prompt appear. Interact with it, and Henry will retrieve the key. However, be aware that this will leave Henry quite dirty. It's highly recommended to wash up at a nearby trough before continuing the quest; otherwise, you may encounter difficulties with dialogue checks and interactions with NPCs.
