This April, we previewed Super Farming Boy's trailer from developer LemonChili. It takes the familiar cozy farming sim formula – planting, harvesting, building your dream farm – and injects it with lightning-fast arcade action and a challenging antagonist. The "Harvest Moon on steroids" description felt accurate watching the trailer. I'm a big fan of this high-octane take on farming sims, and LemonChili recently unveiled a release roadmap for Super Farming Boy, even opening pre-orders for the iOS version on the App Store. While a full release isn't imminent – they're aiming for Early Access in Q2 2024, with a full launch later – pre-ordering the mobile game now secures a 20% discount. For those eager to experience the game sooner, a playable Windows demo is available on Steam and Itch.io.
