Pokémon Go Tour: Unova’s global leg will see the debuts of Black Kyurem and White Kyurem with new Adventure Effects

The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova – Global event brings the legendary Black Kyurem and White Kyurem, each boasting unique Adventure Effects to enhance your catching experience. Black Kyurem's Freeze Shock temporarily immobilizes wild Pokémon, making captures significantly easier. White Kyurem's Ice Burn slows the target ring, improving your accuracy for Excellent Throws. Both effects are initially active for 10 minutes, extendable in 10-minute increments up to a maximum of 2 hours per session, and a total of 24 hours.

During the event, challenge Black Kyurem and White Kyurem in five-star raids to acquire Fusion Energy. Fusing Zekrom or Reshiram with a Kyurem knowing Glaciate will replace Glaciate with Freeze Shock or Ice Burn respectively. This change is temporary; the move reverts to Glaciate upon separation. Note that these moves cannot be learned via Charged TMs or Elite Charged TMs.

Choose between two event badges: Black Version (Reshiram) or White Version (Zekrom). The Black Version rewards Reshiram-themed Special Research and provides Kyurem with Glaciate after defeating Black Kyurem. The White Version offers Zekrom-themed Special Research and Kyurem with Glaciate after defeating White Kyurem.

For optimal progress, utilize the Tour Pass. It unlocks rewards and boosts your Adventure Effects. Earn Tour Points by catching Pokémon, completing raids, and hatching Eggs, or accelerate your progress with quick Pass Tasks. Each Major Milestone increases Catch XP and extends the duration of Freeze Shock or Ice Burn. Upgrade to the Tour Pass Deluxe for enhanced bonuses, including an immediate Victini encounter, more event-themed encounters, an avatar item, and the Lucky Trinket. The Lucky Trinket guarantees a Lucky Friend, improving your next trade.
