Pokémon Center Hiroshima is moving! The store will temporarily close in March 2025 and reopen at a new location in April 2025. But before the move, get ready for the exciting launch of the Gyarados Plaza!

Pokémon Center Hiroshima's Gyarados Plaza is Oddly Not a Water Park

Pokémon Center Hiroshima, currently located on the 6th floor of Sogo Hiroshima’s Main Building, will relocate to the second floor of Ekie, the north exit of Hiroshima Station, in April 2025. This move marks a new chapter for the store, which opened in June 2015.

Meanwhile, the highly anticipated Gyarados Plaza, a unique playground featuring large Gyarados-themed play equipment, will open on March 24, 2025, on the rooftop of Soramoa Plaza in the new Hiroshima Station building, Minamoa. This plaza promises a fun experience for visitors of all ages. Initially, reservations will be required to use the playground equipment; details will be announced on the official Minamoa website.

Poke-lun TV Nationwide Event

Pokémon Center Hiroshima's Gyarados Plaza is Oddly Not a Water Park

To celebrate "Poke-lun TV" surpassing 1 million subscribers, Pokémon Centers across Japan, including Hiroshima (before its closure), are hosting a special event. From January 17th to February 16th, 2025, fans can receive an original sticker by visiting a participating Pokémon Center and providing a password obtained from a specific Poke-lun TV YouTube video (posted December 19, 2024).

Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa will also feature special photo spots themed around the popular Poke-lun TV hosts: Takkun, Tokichan, Ha-chan, Tai-chan, and Riri-chan.

Please note: This event is not available at Pokémon Stores, Pokémon Center Online, Pokémon Cafes, or Pikachu Sweets by Pokémon Cafe. Current Pokémon Center Hiroshima hours are 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Sunday.
