Sony has exciting news for PlayStation fans: a PlayStation State of Play stream is scheduled for tomorrow, February 12, at 2pm Pacific / 5pm Eastern / 10pm UK. This event is set to last over 40 minutes and will be available in both English and Japanese on the official PlayStation YouTube and Twitch channels.

While the exact lineup of games remains under wraps, the PlayStation Blog teases "a creative and unique selection of exciting games from studios around the world." Fans are eager for more details on some big hitters. An extended look at Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima sequel, Ghost of Yotei, would be a highlight for many, alongside a release date announcement for Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.

There's also buzz about a potential official reveal of the release date trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, following its leak on the PlayStation Store last week.

While it might be premature to expect updates on Insomniac's Wolverine or Naughty Dog's Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, there are other titles that fans are eagerly anticipating. Phantom: Blade Zero, an exclusive action role-playing game from Chinese studio S-Game, promises thrilling sword combat, and fans are keen to learn its release date. Additionally, Bungie's Marathon and Haven's Fairgames are multiplayer shooters that have caught attention, especially after Sony's recent handling of Concord.

Coincidentally, March marks the 10th anniversary of Bloodborne. Could Sony have something special planned?

There's also hope for one or two brand-new game reveals and surprises. With ongoing rumors, could this be the day Halo finally comes to PlayStation consoles?
