What’s the Premise of A Perfect Day – Go Back to 1999?

As the name suggests, *A Perfect Day – Go Back to 1999* lets you journey back to the year 1999, a theme that Littoral Games is known for. This game transports you to the last day of 1999, December 31st, trapped in a time-loop narrative puzzle. In this immersive experience, you play as an elementary schoolboy caught in a cycle reminiscent of *Groundhog Day*.

Throughout the game, you'll encounter seven time segments, interact with eleven main characters, and make use of twenty event cards, along with one free DLC. The main objective is to uncover secrets about your classmates, friends, and family while striving to help everyone achieve their 'perfect day.'

Repeat, Revisit, and Rewrite

*A Perfect Day* delves into themes of memories, regrets, and choices. You'll have the opportunity to revisit childhood friendships, explore the lives of your young parents, and make decisions that significantly impact the narrative. The story is structured to allow for different outcomes as you relive and alter the same day repeatedly.

Adding to the nostalgic charm, the game includes several mini-games that capture the essence of 90s gaming, such as a Mini 4WD race, a Gamicom console, and an arcade. With its interactive storytelling and evocative visuals, *A Perfect Day – Go Back to 1999* is definitely a title worth exploring.
