The November 2024 update significantly enhanced the romance mechanics. The maximum relationship level increased from four hearts to six, introducing new events and cutscenes at key relationship milestones (two, four, and six hearts). Further updates are planned to expand this even further, reaching eight and ten hearts, though concrete dates remain unannounced beyond a planned March 2025 update (which will not include higher heart levels or new events).

Despite the absence of formal "dates," the existing system shines. The dialogue is rich, realistically flirty, and ambiguous enough to allow for romantic interpretation. The progression feels rewarding, even without explicit date events.

The Shooting Star Festival, introduced in a recent update, offers a unique twist. Reaching four hearts with a romanceable NPC unlocks a date-like experience during this summer event.
