LE SSERAFIM Returns To Overwatch 2 With New Skins, Emotes, and In-Game Challenges

Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM Coming This March 18, 2025

Overwatch 2 is set to dazzle players with another collaboration with LE SSERAFIM, perfectly timed with the release of their new album "Hot." This event will introduce a fresh lineup of skins, emotes, and in-game challenges. It's been more than a year since their last collaboration, which celebrated LE SSERAFIM's song "Perfect Night" in November 2023. On March 11, Overwatch 2 shared a trailer on X (formerly Twitter), officially announcing the upcoming event. The collaboration was initially teased during the Overwatch 2 Spotlight on February 12, hinting at Blizzard's plans for a second round with LE SSERAFIM.

This time around, expect to see stunning new skins for heroes like Mercy, Juno, D.Va, Ashe, and Illari. Fans can also grab recolored skins from the 2023 event, featuring LE SSERAFIM versions of Kiriko, D.Va, Sombra, Tracer, and Brigitte. However, the Concert Clash mode, which was a highlight of the previous event tied to "Perfect Night," won't be making a return. Instead, players can earn the Legendary Fawksey James Junkrat skin by tackling event-specific challenges.

Aimee Denett, Overwatch's Associate Director of Product Management, shared insights with Polygon on March 11 about the upcoming event. "This time around, we wanted to be part of one of the pieces that’s celebrating their new album," Denett explained. She further noted, "While we don’t have a new song that’s specific to Overwatch, we had to celebrate K-pop culture, so we made a visualizer for one of the new songs off their album that we’re pretty excited about and a lot of extensive cosmetics for this collaboration."
