Mutt's Location:

Mutt is situated near a wolf cave southwest of the Nomads' Camp and east of the river bathing spot. The image below pinpoints his exact location.

Fast travel to the Nomads' Camp for the easiest access. Follow the path southwest into the woods; you'll likely reach the cave's entrance. You'll hear Mutt's whimpers as you approach.
